Serve Up Pickleball accepts Cash, Check and Direct pay options. We work with approved third-party funding sources. Eligibility and approval vary by program and participant.

Fill out Serve Up Pickleball forms. We will review and determine when participant can start. Availability and locations are limited.
Enroll Now →Begin Playing
Once the appropriate arrangements are completed, the participant can begin classes.

Participation, reimbursement, and direct billing are subject to the participant's approved Self-Direction budget, applicable program rules, Fiscal Intermediary requirements, and any required approvals. Serve Up Pickleball does not guarantee reimbursement or approval.
